Hello DevArt! It's Me! Chibi!
I specialize in CG Anime illustrations and some cell shade peices.
I use a Wacom Intuos4 Medium sized tablet, along with Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 to make my art.
I mainly draw my peices traditionally, then scan and use photoshop to make the final product.
